All Progress Reports and Final Grant Reports should be completed via the PACGDC online grant system. Click Here to log-in to the system to access these reports for your organization, city, or school. If you have completed your grant project prior to August 1st, please contact our office and request that your assigned Progress Report be deleted from the system so that you may access your assigned Final Grant Report.
